The Training module allows for the creation and management of training courses within the company. This module focuses on the importance of creating and maintaining effective relationships with employees. It stresses the importance of recognizing that each employee has different needs and desires, and each employee is motivated in different ways. It reinforces the need for managers to recognize these individual personalities and establish individual strategies to help each individual to grow.

    An appraisal is the analysis of the performance of an individual, which usually includes assessment of the individual’s current and past work performance. Broadly speaking, there are two main reasons for the appraisal process. The first is the control purpose, which means making decisions about pay, promotions and careers. The second is about identifying the development needs of individuals.
